Preventative Maintenance Program
We here at Kuroda Radiator along with The National Automotive Radiator Service Association (NARSA) recommend that motorists have a seven-point preventative cooling system maintenance check at least once every two years. This program is designed to help us identify areas of your cooling system that may need attention. It consists of:
- radiator cap pressure test and inspection
- thermostat performance check
- cooling system pressure test
- internal combustion leak test
- visual cooling system component inspection
- system power flush and refill
- cooling fan(s) test
By performing these regular checks we can help prevent problems and extend the life of your otherwise neglected system, thus saving you time, trouble and money.
